I began my career as a Marketing Automation Operator, responsible for developing, managing, and executing marketing campaigns using the Adobe Campaign platform, as well as analysing and creating database segmentation and distribution lists.

I was later promoted to the position of Web Publishing Manager, where my responsibilities included providing training and guidance on CMS frameworks to the team and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders worldwide.
​
I then changed my role as a Operations Manager. I led the digital marketing operations team, oversaw various digital marketing activities, and worked on operational strategies, all while assisting the business development team during the prospecting stage.
